"I want to take a moment to express our complete satisfaction and appreciation with the

outstanding service the folks at Healthnetwork provide for the patients at the Cleveland Clinic.

My situation is somewhat unique in that a brain hemorrhage prompted an emergency coiling procedure and then two craniotomies to repair 4 brain aneurisms. Two highly skilled physicians performed my operations, locally.   After the surgeries, however, I have had residual face and jaw pain.  The pain level was both constant and severe although a by-product of the surgery not something done in error. 

We saw a variety of pain specialists but could not get relief from the pain.  Fortunately, my brother’s business associate is a WPO member with access to Healthnetwork.  She suggested that we connect with Healthnetwork for assistance. 

We contacted Healthnetwork and were referred to the Cleveland Clinic. The Healthnetwork staff and the Healthnetwork liaison at the Cleveland Clinic were wonderful.  In addition to connecting us to an outstanding pain management specialist, the liaison also assisted with all of the details surrounding our visit.  She even went so far as to meet us when we arrived at the Guest House hotel to guide us to our appointment.  In addition to this outstanding level of service, the medical care was excellent and for the first time in almost two years, the severe pain Paul has been dealing with post surgery has lessened!    It would be difficult to express what that means to us. 

All of the people I have spoken with about our experiences were quite impressed. To be met by a liaison with an itinerary and transportation at the Guest House hotel is nothing less than five star service and with the warmth, caring and professionalism that each Healthnetwork associate displayed, made a somewhat unnerving experience pleasant.  I have lived through some life altering times but with the help of people at Healthnetwork my journey at the Cleveland Clinic was made effortlessly.

Again, I want to say thank you for what you do and for how professionally you do it. Healthnetwork made a difficult and somewhat stressful experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I can’t thank them enough."
